The location is central, close to main attractions and transportation. The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable with sea views. The hotel has a pleasant smell and feels like home. Good deals are available during special promotions.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the "Tunnel" and Shishane metro station which was very convenient. The room was comfortable and clean with a wonderful view of the river. The breakfast included fresh pomegranate, apples, and really creamy yogurt. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful.
The Wi-fi speed could have been better.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the convenient location to the Shishane metro station. It was really easy to explore the city from here and we also enjoyed being close to Isteclal street and the Galata tower. The hotel facilities were great and we had no issues with parking or transportation.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, right in the heart of the city, making it easy for us to explore all the major attractions. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of fresh Turkish cuisine. The room was clean and comfortable, providing us with a relaxing retreat after a long day of sightseeing. our experience at this hotel was top-notch and we will definitely be back.
